Disgusting service by non English speaking foreigners! I asked for 2 x cheeseburgers for £2 but with the additional cheese price and 3 x 3 bbq wings and chips.. I was charged £11. No problem! I’m there almost 25 mins+ and these people are serving others whom came in after me and ordered.. because they were relatives of the workers! I commented that’s not right, I’ve been here quite some time.. both men replied back you have a long order! I can see what everyone has ordered! Anyways then he’s packed me single cheese burgers x2. I said I asked for 2 for £2 cheeseburgers x2 with what ever extra for the cheese.. they said no they are not cheese burgers they are beef burgers! I’m like well you need to beef into the bun with the cheese to make them cheese burgers! They both started ranting in their language. Thinking I don’t understand.

Poor management of service from Kennington. Ordered Pizza online and they quickly took our money. When we called, the manager Madhu flippantly told us two hours for delivery making that 11pm or 4 days for our money back. We had to collect and do our own delivery. Deception and daylight robbery from the website. If they can’t deliver they should mark the site as collection only so as not be conned out of money. Annoyingly when I arrived there were 20 to 30 delivery bikes on site and only one customer in the shop. It baffles me that our order should take two hours? This is the second time this has happened and we are still waiting for our money back from the first time. Madhu, manager is not just a title it is a responsibility to manage the service provided in order to satisfy customers. FAIL!
