We went on a very sunny Sunday afternoon, obviously an extremely busy day as we as Brits like to get out as soon as the sun appears 😀. We ordered a couple of items which had then gone out of stock, we ordered again and again meals were out of stock. The Manager was very quick to apologise and offer a reduction which was very much appreciated and made us feel as if he actually cared about customer service which is not always the case.
