The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Waterloo Blackpool North West

Good service and ambiarnce. HOWEVER, Poor value for money, food was OK, The Eating Inn or White Tower will be my prefered eateries in south shore in future...... unlikley to return. What a shame, id heard so much positivity about Upper Deck, not me unfortunatley.....
