My family and I have been regular visitors to the Stable Gate for many years. It can get very busy at times and for this reason we generally book a table in advance. On Thursday 3 October, as soon as we arrived, we were shown to our usual table straight away, and we didn’t have to wait long at the bar to order our meals. Everyone was very happy with their food and the service excellent. The staff who work at the Stable Gate are always polite, friendly, cheerful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
