I ordered two signature burgers and one sigara boregi. The burgers were horrible and not as described on the menu, the lettuce was mixed with cucumber and the special cheese sauce was in fact fake cheese slices. We had to complain twice and request to speak to a manager. The waiter spoke to the chef and informed us the chef made the burgers as normal. However, after speaking to another staff member, the chef and manager were both not on site. We had originally wanted to order the lamb sarma beyti and now understand why it was not available as there was no chef. When we left, we saw all the staff members, except the chef rushing to complete orders. This is unacceptable and prior to seating us they should have informed us that the chef was not there and they could not take orders. We paid for the chips and sigara boregi, but based on the service and food, they should have at least apologised and not accepted our money. I do NOT recommend any to eat here.
