The maitre d' seemed very put out when I requested an itemized bill. More than £20.00 had been 'automatically' added in service charges! The young lad who was serving was polite and helpful, but this was completely clouded by his line manager's impatient and hectoring stance towards his team and our family- his customers. Upsetting, and we won't be coming back.
