The best restaurants serving Lebanese food in London

What a gem! we stumbled upon this place whilst looking for something to eat before the football. Freshly prepared grilled meats over charcoal (we went for the Lamb Shish Lebanese wraps plus two extra skewers with salad and dips), great tasting, great value, and very friendly service.

We Visited twice actually, our first was a post rehearsal bite among cast members. Our experience the first time was so lovely we immediately planned to go again after our show which came in the next couple of days. Both our visits were lovely, we were treated with such kindness and respect and the owner had a such a way of connecting to us as customers which was thoroughly enjoyable. The environment, setting and food was lovely, pefect for a variety of occasions especially pre/post show at the theatre a minute walk down the road (so much so that we were compelled to visit twice in one week as the cast) Very accommodating and prompt service perfect for 1-6 people (possibly more).

The title says it all really :).... Had a lovely shisha and sharwama.. The service was great and attentive.

I moved from the USA to London about a year ago, and I used to live near Dearborn Michigan which has the largest Middle Eastern population in the USA and incredible lebanese food. I had been craving authentic Lebanese food, and I walk by Amal almost daily but have never stopped in until about a week ago when I was hungry and decided to give it a try. I was greeted warmly by a man working there, and I ordered a takeaway chicken shawarma wrap which I watched him freshly prepare with all of the toppings. On the 5-minute walk back to my flat, I simply couldn't wait to taste it, and I am so glad I finally stopped in and ordered from Amal. The food was delicious and reminded me of being back at home. If you're like me and want a delicious Lebanese meal but are hesitant to try a new place, please listen to me and go here! You won't regret it.

We love, love, love the food here. My partner, who's a real "foodie", says it's the best lamb he's ever had. Having spent a lot of time in the Middle East, the food is authentic and made with love by the kind owners/ chefs. Really family friendly too. SO, SO GOOD! During lockdown we have had many takeaways from there and the food remains delicious despite transit! Highly recommend!

Best Lebanese in London - I made a last minute booking for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t disappoint. I’d rather say it greatly exceeded out expectations! The mixed grill, hummus and Moutabal were to die for, absolutely luscious! Will be back!

Used Awafi to cater for my party . The food and presentation were outstanding ! Jason and mark are the nicest to deal with and made my party special .

The food was absolutely amazing. Hussain the owner is really considerate of all needs and wanted to make our dinner party a success. The portion sizes were very generous and all guests were very complimentary of all the dishes that were served. We'll be coming back soon! Thank you so much Hussain and Awa Kitchen :)
