The best restaurants serving Italian food in South Staffordshire West Midlands

Bad food discurtious staff. I will not be going to that so called restaurant again. The attitude of the staff was terrible and no manners

Fantastico. I can't wait to come back. The food was amazing, the service as well. A very warm Italian experience. I went for the nonna ciccia with added prawns. There were so many. My partner went for the Bronte and was very impressed. Can't wait to enjoy my tiramisu when I arrive home as they were happy to allow me to take away. Well worth visit

Ordered 2 pizzas one chicken and ham and another one plain just chicken got sent a vegetarian pizza instead, called to make them aware of the mistake and ask for the correct pizza and to return the wrong pizza, poor communication skills were very much “ we packed the right order” - “you must be confused” and then made me wait 45mins for the correct pizza… pizza was undercooked…. And to Top it all off I order some chilli cheese bites for my mom who’s a vegetarian they came and have chicken nuggets mixed in with it… avoid at all costs unless you enjoy disappointment.

We've visited Baci a number of times, with friends, family and as a couple and have always found the food to be of a great quality and tasty. Staff are always friendly. Would be great if they increased their vegetarian options on the menu, as only a couple of simple items suitable for vegetarians.

Nice pub food, friendly staff, lovely surroundings.
