Ordered 2 pizzas one chicken and ham and another one plain just chicken got sent a vegetarian pizza instead, called to make them aware of the mistake and ask for the correct pizza and to return the wrong pizza, poor communication skills were very much “ we packed the right order” - “you must be confused” and then made me wait 45mins for the correct pizza… pizza was undercooked…. And to Top it all off I order some chilli cheese bites for my mom who’s a vegetarian they came and have chicken nuggets mixed in with it… avoid at all costs unless you enjoy disappointment.

My go to independent pizza shop, always tasty and they’re very generous with the ingredients!

Food cold and delivery to late

Food is always good. Decent choice of items on the menu. Like the fact that the app keeps you updated with delivery times.

Unfortunately it was burned and didn’t taste great this time.

The order was late but an hour 20 mins and by the time it got to me, it was cold. wasn’t happy and disappointed really

Rock hard burnt to a crisp. One glance would have told the workers not to send it out. No refund either. Plus just eat said free delivery and wasn't.

Sorry but we didn’t enjoy food the salad was sparse on wrap and the wedges were basically wedge chips Overpriced and not enjoyable and took a very long time to come - we have used pizzarellis before but won’t be using again by the time food had arrived our appetite had gone

Wrong meal delivered. Friday night treat ruined.

Disappointed with last night's order. Ordered 2 pizzas. One was wrong toppings and both burnt on the bottom. This is our favourite take away and normally very good.

Not too late from estimated arrival but was an hour and a half after ordering. Pizza was delicious 😋 though and the curly fries very nice and food arrived hot.

Ordered from here many times and never had an issue. Today however, staff were rude stating I put an incorrect number on my order. I doubt that highly as my number is the same for every order. Calzone was stone cold in the middle, hot dog was missing, fries undercooked, just a generally a terrible meal real shame given its usually really good.

As always the pizzas were lovely, the delivery time however was not great, the delivery driver seemed unaware of how late he was. With the competition between Dominos, Papa Johns and yourselves, you must be at the top of the game or you're going to lose out. I'll always use you for pizza, but please improve your delivery times.

Called the restaurant to see where my order was, they said it was on its way. 20 minutes later, still no food. Called the restaurant back, they said they would call their driver and call me back. No call back. The food arrived and it wasn't even warm!

Ordered again and 2 hours later still waiting! So in total I ordered at 5 and now it's nearly 10 !

Extremely misleading, it said 35-40 mins and the order took 2 hours....i live literally 5 mins away. Food came it was burnt the cheese on the pizza had gone hard and you can tell it had been sat for ages. Noon answers the phone. All in all would never order from them again and would tell anyone else the same.

Ordered at 7.15pm, was delivered at 9.15pm. Some of the food was cold rest was hot. With a new Pizza place opening up nearby soon, need to look after customers or they may look elsewhere in future.

Food was okay (nothing special but decent) however when placing order estimated delivery was 30-35mins. Turns out this couldn’t have been further from the truth as when restaurant accepted the order estimated delivery was more than an hour. Restaurant then added delays and that 30 minute initial estimate soon turned into a two hour wait. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times to find out what was happening and the cause for delay however phone went unanswered. Shan’t be ordering from Pizzarellis again, plenty of other Pizza places of equal quality that don’t take two hours to deliver two basic pizzas on a Thursday evening.

Late and every meal was horrible

Usually love the food from here. Tonight I ordered at 1845. Food came at 2100. I got a notification saying the food was on the way and it took another 35 minutes to come when we live 10 minutes away. It was barely warm and was missing the curly fries. Tried to call to ask where the food was and then to tell them about the missing items but it was constantly engaged.

Wrong items on pizza for the second time in a row. I will order elsewhere next time.

Food is normally absolutely banging! We collect our orders normally. Food arrived cold and late. Maybe they were just super busy. Chips and popcorn chicken were barely cooked. Normally they are beautiful. Rating on previous Food received I would definitely recommend.

This is the second time in two weeks my order has been wrong , totally different pizzas given to the ones ordered, not a mix up either as other bits I ordered was there , tonight I ordered Hawaiian, and what came was ham and pepperoni , had no choice but to give it my children , but just seems either who’s working there cannot read , or is completely negligent , these type of complaints do not need to happen and wouldn’t if orders were done correctly

Lovely food when they actually decide they want to open the shop. Most of the time, despite their opening hours saying otherwise, they are closed for orders. Only occassionally missed an item or slow delivery, however can't recommend them as they seem very unprofessional and the business obviously must not matter to them as they decide when they want to open, seemingly at random, very frustrating.

Ordered food at 6pm, did not receive it until 9:30pm at which point we had already tried to order food from elsewhere. Three and a half hours is an unacceptable time to wait for a take away. It’s a shame because I always order from here as I enjoy the food but after this shocking experience it has really put me off. We had to call to chase it a couple of times as well with no apology.

Hadn't had from here previously in a while but the items we just had - Garlic Bread Pizza and Chicken Strippers were spot on. Hot, and cooked just the right amount. Impressed.

Food never got delivered, delivery driver chose to not only ignore the address we put in the system but also ignore the added instructions were put in the comments to give the what3words location to our house and instead use his own "knowledge" cause he "thought" he knew where we lived, in fact he ended up the opposite end of town and despite the very clear telephone instructions on where to find us and our location, still didn't arrive, so no food just two very hungry & tired people left knowing they won't use it again.

I've never had any issues with Pizzarellis in the few years we've been ordering from them. The food is always lovely and the delivery quick however when calling to place an order (an hour before closing) to be told no sorry we're closed and basically cut off of straightaway was a bit rude. Especially considering we've ordered from them a lot and knowing they were still open and taking orders.

Pizza was lovely, however chips were quite undercooked and definitely needed to be cooked longer so didn’t eat them.
