The best restaurants serving Italian food in Ambleside and Grasmere South Lakeland North West

Had some excellent food here on our trip to Ambleside, highly recommend it! The lasagne was incredible...

Visited as a vegan couple. For a fully vegetarian restaurant I feel they could do better with the range of options, including faux meats and a larger variety of non-dairy cheeses. The service was also a little slow. Wasn’t amazing but did the job of a nice veggie dinner.

The food was exceptional, excellent drinks and outstanding service. The tapas were the best we've had in a long time. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful , welcoming Italian restaurant . We visited tonight with our Tibetan Terrier and she couldn’t have been made more welcome and was given her own blanket to lie on while we were there . It was lovely to see a home cooked Italian menu and the food was piping hot and oh so tasty . Special mention to Emma our lovely waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble . We will be back next time we are in Ambleside

Great food been here several times and it has never disappointed Great selection of food and drink. Staff very friendly. Will be nack as always next year.
