The best restaurants serving Italian food in Hackney London

Heard good things, so went for a Friday night dinner. Kicked things off with some olives (delicious) before moving on to a couple of pizzas and a bottle of house red. Haven’t tasted pizza this good since I was in Napoli... we’ll be back!!

Great little coffee house, welcoming staff, very good coffee, more people should be supporting small businesses like this rather than your big conglomerates, have some class. Definitely worth a visit

OMG que fabuloso restaurante italiano. La comida es fantástica, la mejor comida que hemos tenido. Propietarios tan amables y acogedores con gran sentido del humor. Hice mi cumpleaños muy especial.

Don't know why this restaurant is so difficult to find on TripAdvisor because the food is amazing! Also the waiters are super nice and the prices are verry reasonable.

Fresh really tasty food with friendly staff , great coffee, really enjoyed it , decor is lovely too , had the avocado farm toast, it’s was cooked perfectly along with my husbands full English , would highly recommend

This was great, reasonable prices, good service and pizza was made with fast service, I would reccomend here before a pub night!

Have eaten at Pizza Union before but this was my first time at the Hoxton branch. It was just as good as any other branch. The pizza at Pizza Union really is superior and about as close to Napoli as London can get. And the prices are more than reasonable. The vibe is relaxed and the service is always friendly. A full pizza with a beer and a Hackney Gelato ice cream to follow, can be had for about £16 to eat in at a table. Excellent value but most of all, one of the tastiest most authentic pizzas anywhere. Olive oil to drizzle at the table. Highly recommended.

Amazing carbonara. High-end restaurant grade. I'm not just saying this. It really is great.

What a lovely place - I received a warm welcome and was told about the special. Just a few tables outside on the pavement and I sat out and had a delicious meal, the Amatriciana was cooked to order and wow, perfection. The staff are all genuinely friendly and help greedy confused people like me to choose. I hope to be back regularly 👌
