The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

This establishment had a lovely homely feel. The food was excellent and the chef ensured the meal was exciting and tasty. The drinks were excellent, overall a lovely place for a night out.

Proper Italian food. Family restaurant. Friendly couple. Shah is working hard to differentiate himself from non-Italian pizza places which he certainly has. Don’t be fooled by the location. You won’t get better pizza anywhere in GM. It is more than a take away. We always eat ours in the restaurant. Small but comfortable with a good vibe.

What a great bar! Children loved the Entertainment. The food was great. But more importantly the company was the best. Thanks Sharon and Ian for a lovely afternoon. We will certainly be visiting again 🤣🤣

The pizza was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit to hidden and will definitely be returning

Took lunch with my 4 year old grandson and wife on the 21/5/ in Exeter. The first impression were very “chic” venue as we hoped. The service was rather Pedestrian although ok. We ordered just one Pizza, and hot drinks, as we had planned our main evening meal already. The pro firstly: The pizza was pipping hot, and flavours were absolutely delicious! In fact, the best we’ve tasted since our New York trip in 2019 eating out in one of their finest Pizzeria’s! Cons: We were not give a sensible choice of seating with our grandchild. We were seated on bar high stools, looking out the window line abreast? We subsequently became aware of ample table seating downstairs after starting our meal. Only one tabled was occupied at the time. The Pizza was served on a platter, but no cutlery offered considering we were sharing? No serviettes were provided. No child plate offered? We had to request these items unnecessarily.... I also expected of any good Restaurant to be asked “ how we were finding our meal” as a common courtesy.  In hindsight not the place to take children I feel, but as an adult venue it’s ticks all the boxes. The Waitress clearly needed to spent more time being astute when dealing with customers, rather than socialising with bar staff..... A very nice place mildly spoilt, by disappointing customer service.

The food and drinks in this charming cafe are delicious. The focaccia sandwichs are yummy and their selection of cakes and sausage rolls are inspired. I had a Christmas spiced blondie ....scrumptious.

Hemos estado aquí varias veces y la comida siempre es excelente. La presentación es hermosa y las opciones son diferentes e interesantes. Definitivamente lo recomendaría para café, desayuno o almuerzo. ¡Esperamos volver después del cierre!

I have seen on instagram many times and follow but never been until today and what a treat their mince pies I would absolutely recommend. We also had a ham chilli cheese savoury. Very good in fact delicious, we will be back

Wine tasting with Alberto - such a great afternoon, he makes the experience really special. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the wines from his regions. Would highly recommend x Don’t be out off by the building x

Lovely service and food. Really good value for money and generous portions. Both had 3 courses & drinks (bought at the bar) for around £60 👍🏻

We were so happy to see pizzas back at Low Wray campsite!! It is so nice to order after a day on the water. Nomads pizzas were great about adding vegan cheese and even gave me extra olives when I asked for no red onions. Our boys ordered a sweet pizza for pudding and lived that too. The staff were lovely to our boys.

SALSA STATE BURRITO! is a great option for anyone looking for a tasty and healthy meal. The burrito was packed with flavor.

Delicious Pizza! Just like in Italy! Good quality ingredients and the dough is just right: a bit crunchy, as I like it. I tried the Pizza Camuna with Porcini mushrooms and Speck. Very good combination of flavours. The pizza is made from a professional, very skilled and experienced Pizza baker. A rare find in this area!

Great pizza and lovely staff! Would 100% recommend if you are in the area. The Spicy Nduja & Chilli pizza is incredible. Best pizza in the area by a mile! 🍕
