Very good chippy but most stuff is cooked to order so there can be a wait

Today I visited greggs at st james retail . Unfortunately i managed to spill a full latte all over myself and the furniture. Imagine my embarrassment as the shop was full with a queue out of the door. i asked staff for a cloth so i could clean up after myself. The staff were so obliging and concerned about the hot liquid injuring myself. They refused to let me clean it up and did an excellent job themselves and replaced my latte free of charge. THANK YOU .

Michael was amazing - really made us feel looked after and cared about what he did. Great employee to have.
