Went threw the drive thru yesterday and heard a manager speak to 3 members of staff with foul language and no respect towards there employees. As a manager my self in a fast food industry I think this is appalling and I would never dream to speak to my staff in such ways.

Pedido tomó casi 2. 5 horas para llegar a mi puerta. Traté de llamar para cancelar el pedido, pero no pude pasar. Cuando llegó la comida me negué a aceptarla. Finalmente logré pasar y solicité un reembolso que me colgaron. Les devolví la llamada y me dijeron que estaban muy ocupados por eso era tarde. Les dije que no debían recibir órdenes si no podían cumplirlas a tiempo. Pedí reembolso de nuevo y me colgaron de nuevo.
