He asked me to pay extra for a bottle of water. when the egg sandwich I bought was on a shelf clearly labled as part of a sandwich deal "What is included in Greggs sandwich deal? Sandwich deal includes any selected cold sandwich and any cold drink or any regular hot drink. Speciality hot drink upgrade is from 50p extra and upgrade to a large hot drink is from 50p extra. Excludes soup"
