OK, I've always ordered from here for the last 3 years on a regular occasion, tonight however will be the last time, food doesn't taste like it normally does, I called them up and all im worth is 10% off my next order, or £2.79 in money value, after me parting with almost £30, I'm done, always increasing prices, so I'm done supporting local business like this when I'm only worth 2.79, goodbye Dudley Inn

What a great setting for a get together with friends or family. We were served by a lovely young g girl apologies didn’t get her name but she had beautiful curly hair I did mention it to her. The food wow o had steak sandwich which was cooked just right. My friends both had the fish & they said amazing best they’d had on a very long time. The fish was pure white & looked delicious

VERY BAD FOOD QUALITY. JUST ORDERED BEEF BURGER AND CHIPS. BURGER WAS TOTALLY BURNED !!! CHIPS WERE BLACK INSIDE HAD TO THROW AWAY ALL THIS POISON FOOD. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, I PAID £9 FOR FOOD I HAD TO THROW OUT !!! NEVER COMING BACK AND MY FRIENDS NEVER COMING BACK AS WELL !!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NOT GO THERE OR ANY OTHER BIG JOHNS, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!

Been coming a few times but thought never again because the staff are absolutely vile. Unfriendly and couldn’t care. Often talking to each other and moaning. Not welcoming. Never taking the time to say “hi how are you?” There’s always a feeling of stress, bitterness and couldn’t care less attitude. They all need to go to customer services training. Shocking.
