This is a long overdue review. I've been to Cod and Fry about five times over the past year and it's always been excellent. I usually get fish and chips for my dad and I. He is a tough crowd when it comes to his food but he looooves the generous portions, crispy batter, succulent fish and first class chips, as do I. I can't comment on the delivery service because my dad lives nearby so I always order and collect in the shop. The food is cooked to order so is always fresh and hot when unwrapped. My sole criticism is the omission of mushy peas from the menu. If they were available I'd give 6 stars! Last Saturday I changed my order, having read the reviews here. I can confirm the Masala Fish is amazing. With its slightly spicy coating, fresh salad and garlic sauce, it really is a taste sensation. The pricing is certainly competitive too. The chap who serves me is always friendly and sometimes singing, which is a rare treat too. 😊 So thanks guys, keep up the great work! 👍

Wow! Ordered 4 boxes of cup cakes for family party The staff that make these cup cakes are real artists!! They looked and tasted beautiful- Wonderful service and delicious cakes - will certainly use again!!!!

I’ve been meaning to write this view a long time ago….it’s just each time I get a spud I just get lost in how good they are!!! A must try if you’re looking for lunch in Wycombe! A regular for sure!!

The jacket potatoes are always perfect soft and fluffy with a nice thick skin, exactly as they should be. Although Manish serves his Indian Street food selection at the weekend (which is so tasty!) you can occasionally catch him with a delicious pot of something spicy bubbling away to add as a topping during the week. Everything is very reasonably priced so great for a lunch spot, and Mainsh is the most lovely person! He always tops up my reuseable tub for me to help me feel a little more eco :) Can't wait for my next visit!

This is my favourite restaurant in High Wycombe. The food is always delicious and freshly prepared, and the people are very friendly. PS. It's a shame that you've been closed recently, I hope that all is well. We look forward to seeing you next time!

Had dinner at Kappad for my 18th birthday. Delicious food, short waiting times and excellent service from staff. Even got a pleasant birthday cake surprise at the end of the dinner! Quite a memorable experience on my 18th and I will be looking forward to eating here again soon.

Absolutely my favourite curry house in Bucks. Fantastic vegetarian options (I always have the paneer korma which is 10/10), but also great meat dishes for my family. The breads are fantastic too.

If you can't afford to go Italy, then save up and spend your money here. Good variety of pasta, halal aswell which is rare for pasta places. You don't even have to swim to Paris for a french taco cuz they do it here, (for the upper class folk, a french taco is basically an exquisite wrap). I would definitely recommend, maybe even to my dear friend Gino, if he ever wakes up that is...
