The best restaurants serving Default food in Rufford West Lancashire North West

Not good, Firstly the was a cat sat at our table. When we arrived.. apparently it wonders in when it feels like. Had 2 normal and 1 veggie breakfast.. very small. It was cold. Wrong bread on every plate.. wasn't asked if we enjoyed or if every thing was OK with our meals. Veggie sausage is actually veggies not meat substitute which in my opinion does not go with breakfast items. Very thin slice of halloumi.. wasn't worth putting on the plate. My tea and coffee went cold as lady forgot to bring my oat milk. Feel robbed of our hard earned money. Have been here in the past and it was lovely but unfortunately will not go again.

Wow!!!! What a wonderful welcome we received at The Rufford Arms Hotel and Restaurant. Dog friendly in BOTH the hotel and restaurant!!! The staff could not have done more to make us feel at home and relaxed, even though we only called in to have a couple of drinks. We will definitely be coming here again to try some food and enjoy the charming atmosphere.

First time we have bought from the bakery, it was amazing. The bread and scones were so fresh . We bought a chicken and mince pies full of meat they were delicious. Will be definitely be returning

Visited to celebrate a family birthday, which was absolutely perfect. Staff all super friendly. Great choice and great price. Recommended.

Every aspect of this cafe exceeds expectations. With a quirky tea party scene and food that catches all eyes and caters all. I found the staff approachable and accomodating with a warming demeanour. An outstanding cafe with alot to offer!

We can honestly say the sandwiches were by far the worst we have ever had! It was a cold wet day and the egg sandwiches were so cold that the lettuce was frozen in the middle. I took them back to the counter and was offered an exchange. The tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches were so soggy they had almost disintegrated. I don't understand why they couldn't make them fresh to order - there seemed to be enough staff standing around! Never again!

We had my daughters christening gathering here today. Everything was perfect couldn’t have asked for anything more. The food was beautiful and the staff were amazing! Thank you Dave and all the team x

For mains, I went with the classic steak and ale pie, which was hearty and delicious, while my friends tried the fish and chips and the Louisiana burger. Everyone was impressed with the taste of the food and the portion sizes. To finish off, we treated ourselves to the sticky toffee pudding and Biscoff sundae. Each dessert was indulgent and the perfect way to wrap up our evening. The friendly staff were attentive and made sure our night went smoothly. It’s a great spot to relax with friends, enjoy good food, and soak in a genuine pub atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a memorable meal!
