Collecting my dads 70th birthday cake after ordering online. Staff were friendly on collection. The cake was such a hit. Not just the look but the taste of it was so light and fluffy. Everyone loved it!

The chicken is so good, is probably one of the best chickens I've ever had. I always used to eat them in my childhood and that taste it's still impressed in my taste buds. I'd return from Italy only to have a bite of that delicious chicken, love yall ❤️

Order a family bucket and realise all the chicken burnt and uncle John didn’t want to replace or refund the food at all.

Very rude!!!! They lack customer service. Stopped patronising them for many years. Last night because of time decided to patronise them again! When checking my change she rudely asked me what’s the problem? I thought to myself I think this is it!! Will never patronise this shop again. Food wasn’t great. Will never recommend this place.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a glass of water for my son, who was dehydrated from playing in Joly Jungle in the kids' play area. However, the employee directly refused and said they were closed, even though they were not — she was working in the kitchen.
