Stopover for one night. Excellent onside facilities. Excellent selection of ales, and other beverages. Varied choice of meals. Recommend rack of ribs and gammon steak. Big portions. Definitely Recomme
Stayed here for 3 nights whilst working in the area.. what a beautiful place. The Mash Tun room was quirky with everything you could possibly need including a tranquil garden to the rear.

Runways cafe is a little gem. Took my daughter on a trip in a chipmunk at the airfield and stopped to have Sunday lunch at the airfield cafe. Lovely hot food which is a first for us with a carvery.
Our lovely friends treated us to tea out and what a lovely meal we had. Mini crab cakes for me, Scampi for him. Extremely tasty and the home made coleslaw was delicious and worthy of a mention. Portio
