Having read the previous “suspiciously worded”reviews about the Golden Phoenix I have never had a problem with waiting times or the quality of the food. The previous review may have been google translated to max 😉 I have been a regular customer for three years.The food is fresh hot and very tasty. The menu is widely varied and the owners freely promote new dishes on the menu.. Tried the others in area with disappointing results. Unfortunately they don’t take cards and that in the current climate needs to change ASAP!

We've been having food from this outlet for a number of years now and not once have they failed to produce very tasty food. There is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to take your order and the delivery is second to none. Never late (sometimes early) and the food is always piping hot. We order both meat and vegetarian and the quality is 100%. Give Woo Hing a try for excellent food.

Tiny portions and extremely bland. Hardly any meat in the orders. Won't be ordering from here again. Waste of money, such a disappointment

I have ordered from this takeaway for a very long time now. 8/10 the food has been incredible but tonight's takeaway was aweful. No taste - bland, no sauce just so disappointed. Complete waste of £20.

The atmosphere is good. Dine-in is a good choice and takeaway is not recommended as the sushi/sashimi is made upon receiving order and best to be eaten after they are served. Since they are not prepared in advance, the freshness will be compromised for takeaway order. Be prepared to wait as great food needs time to prepare. Worth the wait. The other foods on the menu are equally tasty. Must try them yourself. Great value for money.

Food was great. Service was poor. All the food is ready to go on hot plates. All they have to do is put it in a box that is front of them in a counter and take your money. Only 2 people ahead of us in the line. Somehow the concept baffled them and it took 30 minutes to get our food. Too preoccupied with Uber eats and Deliveroo orders.
