The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Cottingham North East Riding of Yorkshire Yorkshire and The Humber

Had it quite a few times now and always spot on. However, got it today and on my first bite into kung po chicken the chicken was raw. Called to saw the chicken was raw and they offered to cook me another but been put off now. Shocking!!!

We visited on a Sunday to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Our last visit was poor but put this down to it being a very busy Saturday night so decided to give Woksoever another go. The food is takeaway style with some tasty bits but other things not so great - lots of MSG and small quantities. The small quantities for the starters resulted in wanting to repeat the order but that’s where things got tricky. We had a 1:45 booking so ample time to eat before last orders at 3:30. It got to 3:10 and there was no body in sight to take out second order so we went to find a waitress. My children ordered a dessert and the waitress started taking our main courses away which were still being eaten. We were clearly not welcome past 3:30. It all felt rushed and unwelcoming with substandard food.
