They don't take your order right then tell you they will let you have it for free next time then deny all knowledge there crooks the manager ain't a man of his word

Disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Ordered a prawn dish (as I don’t eat meat) and they gave me a chicken dish which I actually bit into!! When I contacted them to get the prawn dish I ordered they refused to give any money off or to remake the order so my husbands food was also ruined as we had to reheat it after a 15 minute journey out of our way to collect the remake. Terrible customer service and the food was gross anyway so I wish I hadn’t bothered. Safe to say we won’t be returning.
