The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Billingshurst and Shipley Horsham South East

We have been buying take-outs from here from a few years now. Previously the food has been very good and the Oriental Express has been one of our favourites. Unfortunately, the past two occasions have been very disappointing, the food has been tough to eat and overcooked. The prawn crackers were stale. Has there been a change of chef?
