The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Basing Basingstoke and Deane South East

The meal was okay but disappointing. The chow mein was more beansprouts than noodles, duck was cooked some time ago which isn't abnormal for many takeaways but it was dry and not reheated all the way through and chicken balls a bit small.
