Chicken Sweetcorn soup ordered and the chicken was mouldy, I ate a few spoonfuls before I saw, when i started looking there were quite a few pieces the same... please avoid

I went to this restaurant for the 1st time this Friday for dinner with my partner, and the service of this place is THIS BAD that I have to leave a review about my experience: In general I feel I wasn't respected by the staff in this place: I didn't get all the service I am paying for, and I got YELLED at by the staff for nothing! Can you imaging the staff in a restaurant YELLING at their customers for not wanting to give up a service they should provide? I stayed clam for the entire time and I feel the NEED to publish this experience to everyone regarding this place. 1. When I went in to the restaurant, the staff is only repeatingly telling me to scan the code to order instead of putting me into a seat or anything. I am not very comfortable with using my phone to place the order, so I talked to the staff in the front desk if I can place an order there, or if they can help me to place an order instead. However, the staff VERY RUDELY telling me again to scan the barcode as "He is busy and don't have time to put the order down", and he pointed the barcode to me again and walked away 2. After I finially place the order by my phone (again this took me quite a while, as the internet was also really slow in the restaurant), on the screen it said the order was placed and I can pay after the meal. However, right after the order was in, the front desk staff was LITERALLY YEALLING at me to come over to pay, as if I am deaf or something. I questioned the staff that I should pay after my meal, and again he told me that "I am busy and you got to pay it anyways". I also asked him that given he got to sort the bill with me in the front desk anyways before me having my meal, why can't you just take my order instead of asking me to spend 10 minutes on me phone? Then he completely ignored my questions and walked away 3. Finally this argument dragged the attention of the manager. However, instead of helping to solve this comflict, it only come with more excuses and run arounds. The manager told me that "The ordering system is only available online and they can't take any offline orders", which is clearly a lie and nothing got solved in the end - her staff literally yealling at his customer and there is NO APOLOGIES or anything I am coming to this restaurant to paying for a service, and I think that helping the customer to take order is a part of the service they should provide. It is ture that I can willingly give up the right to take this service, but as I am not very comfortable with my phone, and they still force me to do it anyways and their VERY RUDE attitude is completely offputting. I really wise I have went somewhere else as my Friday night dinner is completely ruined :( The food was alright, but I don't have any mood to taste anymore after this arguement, I was so pissed and I just want to leave this place!
