Food was spot on. Service was brilliant. Good food at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone. Can't question anything

Warm welcome from Clare & Zoe. My wife & I were greeted like long lost friends as soon as we walked in. We had been unable to go for months due to roadworks & the bus stop being closed. Clare insisted on bringing our drinks over to save us. Food was excellent & god value off the Daytime Value Menu. Brewers Fayre customer relations abysmal. I was 80 on 26th May & should have received a free meal voucher through their Bonus Card. Contacted them on 27th & again the other day. Only received automated replies stating they would respond to my query as soon as possible. We found out today that the pub is closing in a few weeks so looks like I will not get my free meal.

Really lively local pub should be pronounced " are and ounds"
