The best restaurants serving Asian food in College Cheltenham South West

Frequently visit kibou with friends and work colleagues. Food is excellent and beautifully presented. Service is good. We had mixture of appetizers, mains and desert. Was bit disappointed when we were rushed at end of meal as they apparently needed our table, only to see that our table was still empty along with several others when we left later. When paying for our bill which we asked to be divided into drinks and food separately, we were charged twice for service charge. When we spoke to front of house they apologized and rectified the over charge be refunding us. We decided to finish our evening in the bar area. Ordered drinks, including coffees, only to discover we had incurred a service charge even though we had ordered at bar abd effectively served ourselves. I did challenge the charge and again it was rectified. So if you are just there for drinks, check your bill as you may well inadvertently incur service charges on just your drinks.

This place used to be so good, the food was always hot, perfectly spiced, decent portion sizes, it didn’t matter what day of the week it was or if it was eating in or a take away the food was excellent. What has happened? My food was cold, greasy, tasteless and massively expensive. This used to be the only Indian for me, sadly no more.
