I had a terrible experience at this shop, mainly due to the behavior of one staff member named Imz. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Instead of being helpful, he made the situation worse with his dismissive and disrespectful behavior. To make matters worse, there were clear signs of discrimination, which is shocking and disgraceful. Despite raising my concerns, nothing was done to address the issue or offer any resolution. This shop seriously needs to improve its service and train its staff on proper customer care. I would never recommend this place to anyone
