I ordered xtra large pizza and they sent a large one. Accepted their mistake when I called. But this isn't the only time they have messed up my order. Previously they changed my order completely on their own accord and didn't even inform. I would give a negative rating if I could. The food is always almost cold and i have to heat it up.
