To the owner? How do I contact directly please? Unbelievable experience!! Waited 45 minutes in store for my order. I ordered on the app they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I went in the store. They kept saying they didn’t receive my order under Mhd. Finally some colleague brings out a tablet confirming I ordered. After 45 minutes of waiting and negotiating they made my food. I was so disappointed with the lack of service and communication! didn’t enjoy my food at the end. Waste of £35 for me that day! Manager with white shirt was clue less and incompetent! The team can’t speak English. They thought I was lying or something? I thought I was going mad! They couldn’t even give anything as a good will gesture for wasting my time! I was so tired after a 12 hour shift I just wanted to eat! Young colleague who brang out the tablet was the saviour.
