Poor experience and £7.90 for two flat diet cokes trying to hide it being poured of a half empty bottle instead of a can says it all

Don’t get me wrong, the bloke who runs it seems genuinely lovely and very accommodating. We popped in on a whim, a bit hesitant at first because of some of the reviews we’d seen, but honestly—it’s not quite what the reviews make it out to be. It’s a lovely, mediocre little place (and I mean that in the nicest way). Nothing fancy, but it has its own charm, and the welcoming host makes a big difference. I had the breakfast. It was a little on the greasy side, but then again, that’s pretty expected with a fry-up. The sausages weren’t quite to my taste—more like something you'd get from a chip shop—but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it was decent. Not the best, not the worst—just a solid little stop if you're in the area and fancy something simple.

Have visited this takeaway many times and always happy with the food. Today we had the set menu B for 2 and amazed how much food we had left over. The ribs were delicious, very meaty, and so many prawns in the fried rice. Telephoned the order and it was ready and piping hot when I picked it up. Tasty and plentiful!

We were getting “hangry” before visiting Pembroke Castle so dived into this caff for some food - basic but great value for a couple of toasties and an omelette.
