Quick and short review of our excellent dining experience tonight. Attentive, uniformed staff. Ambiance was warm and inviting. Small restaurant area, though additional seating was available in the public space. Tried the ‘Tuesday Steak night’ and the Crown Fried Chicken popcorn, southern fried chicken, salad, house slaw , fries and a tasty chicken gravy DELICIOUS. A nice pub with a good choice of food on the menu. Not the best range of decent beers and no lager is not a cask nor real ale! Toilets were clean and tidy but the pictures seem to be of rather poor quality.
