The best restaurants in England

As Aussies we are critical of coffee as our culture is addicted to it. Here we had a coffee we were amazingly thrilled with. It was a REAL COFFEE with flavour, depth, texture and truly made with love thank you Emma for creating the best coffee we have had in the entirety of the UK xx

So I live local and have eaten here many times but... As a burger fan this beauty blew me away. Food and smells are on another level.

Fabulous place with the best all day toast!! Jaz always makes me feel so welcome and the caramel iced latte is the best!! Well worth a visit.

Amazing place, the food was incredible and the owners are so lovely! They allowed me to hire the venue for an afternoon tea party for a surprise baby shower and they truly went above and beyond with it! Everyone was commenting on how incredible the food was (there wasn’t much left!) and how friendly but professional the staff were! Will definitely be in touch again for future events and family outings as they also provide high chairs for babies/toddlers which is so helpful as I have twin toddlers so it’s great to know they can be safe while we all enjoy a drink and some cake! We arrived very wet with three dogs. We had not booked but chose lunch from an extensive menu. The ambience was great, the food lovely and the service was second to none. Was so busy eating the food, forgot to take photos! Karen and Elizabeth were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Very dog friendly. One of our dogs was even allowed on the sofa !

What a fantastic cafe, the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious! Dog friendly with even little treats given to our little anxious pooch to help her settle. We stopped off whilst visiting Ilkley for a all day breakfast and weren't disappointed by the very yummy fully monty breakfast!

Always enjoy coming in for a nice brew of coffee . A little gem in Chatterton villages for people to come in with friends, children or by themselves for coffee or alcoholic drinks or snacks during the day or in the evening. They have friendly staff members and I find this to be a little cosy spot in the village - a little hidden gem .

Juice box were the perfect addition to our catering offer at our fireworks event with over 5000 ticket holders. The quality of the drinks and good product was fantastic and we received lots of great feedback.

Today myself and my family visited The Kernow Lounge for the first time and what a delight it was. When we arrived Robin the owner welcomed us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. First impressions of the coffee shop were what a cute little place this is especially the greeting from the resident dog who is just adorable and so friendly. There were lots of things to look at around the shop including hand made items made by residents of millbrook which customers can buy which I thought was a great addition, especially as these items were bright and colourful. Looking at the menu board and cake counter there was lots of choice. I chose a latte which was just so creamy and smooth (I’m quite fussy with my coffee), my son had a strawberry milkshake which was topped with cream and marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles which again was just delicious (I had to also give it the taste test)! My other son had a tub of vanilla ice cream which was by roskilleys and it was a generous sized scoop of it! Myself and my husband wanted to try the cake selection so ordered a piece of the chocolate brownie and a yoghurt topped raspberry flapjack slice which he said was just stunning. The chocolate brownie was so gooey and moist which is how I think brownies should be so that went down a treat! The portion sizes were really generous too. We sat outside which was lovely especially as the sun was shining and it was a warm afternoon. We really enjoyed our visit to the Kernow Lounge today and combined it with a lovely walk around a beautiful lake which also had a fantastic play park and skate park for the children. It really makes a brilliant family outing as there is something for the whole family to do. My boys have already told us what they are having next time so they clearly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to the Kernow Lounge for some lovely treats today, we will be back very soon.

Solo para decir muchas gracias por una fiesta increíble anoche. Sarah ha sido una gerente de eventos absolutamente increíble para mí con una gran comunicación en los últimos cuatro meses e increíblemente útil en la noche anterior durante y después. Ella me ayudó a crear exactamente lo que preveía para mi loco tema de cumpleaños de sakura hello kitty, y fue realmente práctico antes, durante y después del evento, que realmente aprecio. El personal del bar era absolutamente brillante y creó mi cóctel umeshu incluyendo la cereza! Todo el mundo lo pasó muy bien y comentó lo gran equipo que eres. ¡Muchas gracias! Xxx

Excellent food ,service 5star plenty of choices very clean, nice tables and chairs by river beautiful place to stop for something to eat ∧ drink staff are excellent and always helpful and friendly

This is THE BEST cafe around .. the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are so nice and friendly .. Doggy friendly too 👏👍plus they have doggy ice cream !! Beautiful view .. lovely food , cakes and meals .. PERFECT after a nice walk ..

Had the lunch special. Meatballs in very nice authentic tomato sauce for starters. Chicken on mash and green base with delicious mushroom creamy sauce. Hearty toffee pudding to finish. Good value and worth visiting
