This a must for Walkers Hikers a great Tea Garden we had a lovely time Maggie served us with a pot of coffee with hot milk and cream tea at Fodder" it was perfect

placed a large order, was all freshly cooked the fish was outstanding well worth a visit. will be going again next week

So happy I discovered this place, possibly the best BLT I have had & they do a good job with the coffee too. Super lovely staff! They have a nice selection of what look like home made cakes etc, will be trying on my next visit.

Called in for lunch good choice of starters/mains/desserts to choose from healthy portions cooked to perfection will be returning very soon

This Restaurant has Gourmet Food which very rich and delicious we were very welcomed and the Staff very friendly and helpful and polite there was such a selection of food on the Menu amazing first Class , it is very expensive but you pay for what you get and on a one occasion you got to go its a must when your on Holiday or day out or visiting this is the place to go .

If you love tapas make sure you check this out. Loads on offer, comes fast and staff suggestions are worth listening to!

Went to Ripponden to stay with my sister before going on to Sheffield and she suggested we went here for lunch. Set on the ground floor of an old mill now converted into small businesses/offices this family owned cafe has a varied menu which changes daily with both hot, cold and gluten free choices. Two of us had the chicken curry whilst the others had poached salmon salad and a baked potato. Good choice of desserts too and friendly staff with the only downside being that it was a bit on the expensive side. Having said that I would gladly return the next time I come up north.

Charming ambience… subtle lighting… warm and welcoming. We had the smaller tasting menu. The food was superbly presented , delicious flavours with exciting combinations and seasonal influences… this food rivals the Fat Duck and L Enclume as well as the Raby Hunt but at a fraction of the price … Congratulations to this stunningly talented young chef and his team. The wines too were sensibly priced with a good selection to choose from…. We work in hospitality so feel well place to assess… we know what hard work goes into it to keep very high standards… An amazing place on the up and coming …. Just have to say how fabulous this bakery shop is bought to fruit scones with cherry and half slice of orange on top wish I had bought more I highly recommend also the sausage rolls visited several times and always wish I had bought more

Having only lived in Brigg for 3 months ,I can be forgiven for not knowing about Siam Smile. What a wonderful discovery! Went on Thursday lunchtime with a friend. The place is a typical, old fashioned pub, but the food is very definitely NOT pub food. It is amazingly authentic Thai food, cooked freshly to order . Amazing value at £10 for 2 courses plus a bottle of beer. The English food looked equally delicious. Will definitely be returning.
