Amazing !!! Had the Sunday sharer roast with Hubby. It was top quality meat, veg, gravy and Yorkshire. Huge amount of delicious food that was cooked fresh. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Here the customer is always wrong and the waitress right! Not what you expect, well following a simple mistake at the till by the member of staff, I was denied my breakfast by the waitress until she had interrogated my till receipt and my friends till receipt, the only thing missing was the spotlight in the eyes and the pins under the fingernails. The “breakfast cob” (a 10p bap with two thin slices of pale back bacon for £6.45 and a plateful of watercress) was eventually brought to the table very begrudgingly. Never an apology for the attitude from either the waitress or the manageress who was hovering around. Blue Diamond are only interested in profits and customer service training or expectations of staff are not important. At Greggs you get a fresh bap, plenty of cooked middle bacon, HP sauce (not watered down mush) and a HOT coffee for £3.40 and a smile. It has to be worth thinking about.
