The food here is always spot on. From the fried chicken to the Korean rice. I ordered the BBQ garlic pork belly rice which is now my regular dish. The vibrant flavours compliment each other so nicely and the garlic pork rounds off the dish perfectly. The kimchi slaw is delicious and I love the pickled radish which has a lovely sweet flavour to balance out the saltiness of the pork. I can't get enough of this dish and look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

The lasagna romagna was absolutely delicious, hot, fresh and beautifully layered every bite was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this lasagna romagna to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine.

Mi hermano gemelo Stephen y yo estábamos disfrutando de unas excelentes cervezas en Indian Brewery (Snowhill) cuando un miembro muy agradable del personal que estaba hablando con nosotros nos contó sobre Indian Brewery Taproom, donde estas deliciosas cervezas que estábamos bebiendo se elaboran, así que después de nuestras cervezas Decidí ir a la cervecería y la taberna para ver qué lugar tan maravilloso era. Ubicado en el Aston Expressway Industrial Estate, entrando y supe que disfrutaría mi visita aquí, una cervecería en funcionamiento, enormes tanques de cerveza en exhibición que se ven terriblemente impresionantes, hay un pequeño bar de servicio, un camión de comida callejera, muchos asientos en los bancos por dentro y por fuera, en general, es simplemente una fantástica cervecería y taberna. Fuimos recibidos con una sonrisa por un miembro muy agradable del personal cervecero, hicimos un estudio de sus cervezas y ambos optamos por tener mini barriles en Indian Brewery "Birmingham lager" y estos se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones, helados y espumosos. y fue tan bueno estar en la taberna de donde se estaban produciendo estas cervezas, tan frescas como es posible. Mi cerveza era realmente buena, una cerveza ligera, lupulada y sin pretensiones de estilo lager, con un sabor explosivo y muy fácil de beber, una cerveza que tanto a mí como a mi hermano gemelo Stephen nos gusta especialmente. Realmente disfrutamos nuestras cervezas aquí antes de seguir adelante, lo pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos de las cervezas, tuvimos una agradable conversación con el equipo de la cervecería y nos encantó el aspecto de la taberna. Indian Brewery Taproom es relativamente fácil de ubicar en Aston Expressway Industrial Estate, Unit 5, Pritchett Street, es un paseo poco atractivo en un polígono industrial, pero la recompensa es que algunas de las mejores cervezas se elaboran en esta ciudad más cosmopolita. Los horarios de apertura son; Lunes a jueves, cerrado. Viernes y sábado de 16 a 22 h. Domingo, de 16 a 20 h. Una maravillosa cervecería, cervecería y taberna, definitivamente vale la pena echarle un vistazo si está interesado en excelentes cervezas.

I ordered the spicy no beef I think several months ago have not been able to stop thinking about it since - as a ‘kinda’ vegetarian finding a solid burger always seems like settling for weak flavour or having a cheat day but what I received from this place was the best burger/vegetarian burger I have ever eaten. These past few weeks I have been unable to see the restaurant on food delivery services & have even ordered other chains vegan burger in hope that it was what I was looking for, having now found the source of this burger I hope they return some day soon to continue making food that imitates art.

This family-owned restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, instantly transporting you to Ethiopia as soon as you step inside. The owner, Mrs. Tsion, is exceptionally welcoming, and we enjoyed engaging in delightful conversations throughout our visit. The dishes are clearly homemade, freshly prepared, and full of flavor, offering a healthy dining experience. I ordered injera with five different side dishes—an incredibly generous portion that I couldn’t finish, and had to take some home. A true standout of the meal was the Jebena coffee. The freshly roasted and ground beans created an aromatic coffee, served with popcorn and accompanied by the soothing fragrance of incense. The restaurant’s interior is adorned with beautiful paintings and unique artifacts, adding to the charming atmosphere. They also maintain a very clean restroom, ensuring a comfortable experience for guests. The only suggestion for improvement would be the use of metal spoons with non-stick pans, which may introduce toxins into the food. Replacing these with wooden utensils and non-toxic cookware would further elevate the dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu.

Great stop when going through in the M6. Aunty Carol delivers home cooked Jamaican food home-style and it was all outstanding! We tried the Jerk chicken, rice and peas with steamed veg, mutton curry and oxtail stew. Can’t wait to return.
