The best battered fish in Swindon. Chips are great as well. Friendly staff. This is one of the few chip shops that always have freshly cooked fish ready behind the glass.

Website states open 9.30am till 4pm on Sundays. 11am it was still closed even though staff were seen in the building. List of amenities on website says dogs allowed. Not correct, signs at entrance says ‘no dogs, assistance dogs only’ Very disappointing. Website needs correcting.

Really tasty. What let it down was the extremely slow service. It took more than 8 minutes to serve the 2 people in front of us. So slow that the family of 6 behind us walked out. I’d be pretty upset if I owned this particular location of the franchise.

Literally always cold and/or wrong. Rude staff. Love BK but this branch is shocking. Go to McDonald’s or travel a little further and pay a little more for a service station BK.
