Ordered food via the app for asap got to the shop sat waiting for over half an hour for it to be completely forgotten and it was sat on the top all the time so was stone cold I hadn’t been called, when I got it home they said they called it but they didn’t as I was right by the front where you collect it. Not the first time this has happened either. Shame as used to like using the place but has put me off completely now
