The best restaurants in Isle of Oxney Ashford South East

I live local but had not been to Georgias Kitchen (The Swan). My sister visited so great excuse to go. We had breakfast and it was so good. Hot, fresh food and a very generous size, we both struggled to finish. Georgias Kitchen is spotless really nice restaurant, very welcoming atmosphere. This is my place to go when I get visitors. Beside breakfast Georgias Kitchen do lunch, dinners, Sunday roasts. I have heard great things about the Thai night on Fridays. For people who like a drink the pub side looks friendly there is entertainment most Sundays. Visitors to Kent should make a note to visit Wittersham and have a drink and a meal. You will not be disappointed.

Such a fantastic afternoon tea. So accommodating (I am GF, DF, and Veggie). The sandwiches were all superb and the fillings were really inventive. The cakes and scones were exceptionally lovely too. You couldn’t tell any of it was GF. My husband enjoyed the ‘normal’ tea and was equally pleased. He said the syrup sponge cake was to die for, and we both loved the Macarons. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Very enjoyable lunch with friends. Beef & onion pie was good as was beef bourginon and large pork chop. Veg was fresh and decently cooked with plenty of hot gravy on the side

Did not like wasps out side so had to go inside but very nice
