The best restaurants in Aughton Park West Lancashire North West

Had a fantastic visit to The Dog and Gun pub! The roast dinner was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The service was excellent too — really friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. A lovely, cosy pub with great food and brilliant hospitality. Highly recommend!

Met up with family for lunch, the food was delicious, piping hot, I opted for salmon with chive mash, cream sauce and leeks, it was gorgeous and a perfect portion size. My mum had gammon & said it was the nicest she’s ever tasted & my hubby went for trio of sausages, could not fault anything. In addition to gorgeous food the staff are lovely & attentive & nothing is too much trouble. Lovely warm atmosphere. We will be returning soon.
