Worst Greggs I have been to. Long wait, wrong food and customer service was despicable. I spent £35 on cold, stale, inedible food. Some of the order was incorrect. I brought this up with a member of staff and she said it was my fault. See image below of the poor quality food. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great coffee shop, nice coffee and very friendly and helpful staff

Had 2 coffees and snacks, stayed 2hrs 53mins, got a £60 fine in post a week later, shame guys, bad form, enjoy ripping customers off....
