Amazing as always. Kebab is always brilliant. Chicken kebab is big marinated chunks. Chips are chippy style. Wraps are big and filling! Will always recommend
My twin brother Stephen and I decided to cross the Swing Bridge over to Gateshead and visit some of the great pubs over this side of the River Tyne, before starting our pub exploration we dropped into Subway for a bite to eat.
Your typical Subway, modern decor and furnishings, neat and tidy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this Subway.
I ordered a cheese, ham ,salad six inch baguette, prepared in front of you with fresh ingredients, my order was ready in no time, I also had a soft drink ,my baguette was so tasty, really filling, just what we needed to set us up for for a few hours ,couldn't fault anything about our visit to this particular Subway.
This Subway outlet is easy to locate along Ellison Walk.
Opening hours are;
Monday to Saturday, 9am till 8.30pm.
Sunday, 10am till 7pm.
Well worth seeking out if you're in the area.
You can eat in or take out (two separate prices for take out and eat in). Great location right next to Metro station and bus stops. Staff cheery and the shop was well stocked and clean. The food was good and it was just what you would expect to get if you go to a Greggs bakery.
This is not you usual Greggs Bakery. It is your discount Greggs store selling unsold stock from Greggs shops. You get two pasties in a pack. They also often have pies, sausage rolls and vegan rolls. They also do reduced price sandwiches and sweet treats, bread and buns. They have a coffee machine too. The caramel shortbread offcuts are great at 60p a bag. Staff friendly. Just a little shop so it can get busy. Stock available depends on what they get delivered. The prices are very good.
Food is always delivered in good time always piping hot and it’s truly delicious they have deffo mastered the art of pizza making ! Chips are fresh and the donnar meat is light and tasty however there garlic sauce is a game changer I highly recommend! The service from taking your order to delivering is fantastic I literally don’t go anywhere else now
This little community cafe is a gem serving affordable home-cooked food. The cafe is open Monday to Friday and has daily specials for just £3.50. I had the delicious roast vegetable quiche with proper chips and salad and it was super tasty and very filling. The staff in the cafe are friendly and there's outside seating for use in summer. Would recommend
Enjoyed my breakfast and dinner often here. Tasty and top-notch service.
Had fun here with my friends. also, a great place to visit has some lone time.
Reasonably priced food and a good selection is available. The cheesy garlic bread and pepperoni pizza were really nice. The chips were a decent portion size too. The lady serving on the till was friendly and the shop appeared to be very clean. We will return.
Chloe made us some cupcakes for my sisters gender reveal with only a few days notice! The cakes were amazing and tasted as good as they looked!
A very professional service, we would highly recommend. Thanks so much!
Quirky proper pub with good beers and a great location for pre and post meal drinks.
Not a huge floor space which adds to the atmosphere and loved to moving heads!
We visited their stall at Hartlepool Farmers Market (2nd Sat of the month). The quality of the South African food is amazing. From the meat to the Milk Tart (this was delicious). They have their own place but also follow them to the markets - Whitby next week - we will certainly be buying again.
