The best restaurants in South Bermondsey Southwark London

Started on bad foot with no one to seat us and then the waitress said they had little in the way of wine. We asked for the manager and when she came, she was brilliant. Explained that they were restocking but she brought all 3 wines they had left for us to try. The food was pretty good too. It is filled with a young noisy crowd so expect to shout if you want to speak to your companion

Los precios han subido, pero la comida sigue siendo buena. Mi cosa favorita a la orden es alitas de pollo barbacoa, aunque en ocasiones puede ser un poco peligroso. En general creo que es un buen lugar para comida frita.

We were at the Thornton Heath festival and they had a stall. On the spur of the moment we thought we'd prefer to go the actual restaurant and eat in. We assumed it would be packed but it was actually quite quiet due to the time of day and most being at the festival it seems. Service was spot on!! Really friendly staff (all of them) and food was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't fault a thing. We had quite a bit left over + we asked to take it home and were given take-away foil tins with lids to take what we wanted which we had later. My husband also loved his cocktails. We will definitely be back!!

We had a takeaway so cant comment on in person service or experience. The food was not of great quality and I would not order again.

Este lugar es ahora Rock Island y no tienen de tripadvisor. . . Ensalada de queso de cabra ordenados que servían muy bonita, pero era menos el queso de cabra. Fácil de hacer. error . Cuando pedimos queso de cabra nos dijeron que lo sentían y que me trae algunas más. Esperamos y esperamos. Camarera. me preguntó si todo estaba bien. . Y ella nos explicó. fui a recoger el queso de cabra. He oído decir que la otra señora" No hay ninguno" y ella se rió y poner la culpa a la camarera diciendo que debería haber preguntado antes de tomar la orden! Mi marido tenía casi terminado ahora. . . Me preguntaba cuando estaría dijeron que ninguno, pero de nuevo me dijeron que llegaría. 5 minutos más tarde me dijeron que era insuperable. ¿Por qué en la tierra no mandan la ensalada con queso de cabra no? No creo que no iba a notar? También la cerveza era plana y la limonada sabía a agua de soda. Absolutamente chocante!
