Ordered from here on a whim. The food is so well priced, I thought it might be a bit slap dash, but no - it’s amazing! Proper hearty home cooking. Big portions and so so tasty! Love this place and so happy to have found this hidden gem. Well done! (Stick some okra on the menu please! It’s my fave).

I review the NOT experience in this apartment. Booked before the outbreak of the pandemic for summer 2020 (4 nights), we asked for and obtained an initial move at the end of the year and then for Easter. Chinese food AND pizza? That combination should be enough to get the alarm bells ringing, but the fact is that the pizzas are pretty decent, and the Chinese food is on a par with cheap Chinese takeaways everywhere. And that's where it all goes wrong. Cheap this certainly is not. Up until recently the prices were on the high side of okay but on a recent visit, chicken chow mein – the very definition of a basic dish – was priced at £8.50. That's at least twice the price it should be, and moving into Hakkasan territory. This isn't Hakkasan. Yes, Brexit. Yes, pandemic. Yes, inflation. But this is a pricing strategy that's just insane given the average quality of the dishes.
