Ruchi Spice PFC in Islington

The standard was rather poor from early days. The service was good but the food was cooked quickly and rushed to the table. Overall I would say needs big revamp of the menu.

Este es nuestro restaurante indio local que utilizamos tanto para llevar como para comer. Tiene un ambiente tradicional que me gusta mucho. La comida es excelente. Todos los platos tienen una cantidad decente de ingredientes principales y no solo unos pocos pedazos nadando en salsas. El staff es muy amigable.

Very small but cute place. Seats not super comfortable. We went early to get a table. My friends liked the Dosa and Roti. One had beef rendeng and it was a good portion size! she said flavour was okay. I had the chicken curry and there was barely any chicken. the vegetables i ordered were nice but so much oil and garlic. I wouldn't go there again; my malaysian friend said it was average; my Brit friend liked it a lot.

I had the most delicious curry takeaway from Nazmins last week. A chicken and lamb madras with rice. Just lovely, loads of succulent meat and the sauce was amazing. Highly recommended.

Takeaway awful unless you want to wait 2 hours for delivery, missing items (mixed grill had no king prawns and still charged for it), diluted taste, poor servings, misguided descriptions and poor customer service, do not order from here... if you can cook a microwave meal you're better off .... I will never order from his place again.. don't waste your time... there are plenty other good restaurants who actually take pride in their food and don't try to take customers for idiots.
