Came to dine in yesterday and must say the atmosphere was nice and relaxing with peaceful music in the back round that really relaxes your body. The interior design looks really modernised from around 5-6 years back. The staff there were really friendly and had great customer service skills for me and the other customers in the restaurant. They had fast service but did not rush you at all. They let you eat in peace. The food was one of the best indian foods that i have tasted in years. Food was piping hot when food arrived to the table. You could really taste the love and care that was put into making the food. Overall, i would give this restaurant 10/10 for the great service. 11/10 for there amazing food and 10/10 for the atmosphere. THANK YOU!!!

We ordered from Red Rose Tandoori on Christmas Eve, and it was an absolute disaster. The food arrived over two hours after we placed the order. Despite calling twice for updates, we were repeatedly told it would be “10 more minutes,” but the delays kept piling up. To make matters worse, the restaurant falsely marked our order as delivered on the Just Eat app, even though we were still waiting. No apology was offered—just excuses about being busy and our order being large. When the food finally arrived, the ordeal took a horrifying turn. Within an hour of eating, everyone who had eaten the chicken korma (including my adult sister, brothers, and child nephew) started violent projectile vomiting. We’ve all come down with food poisoning and spent the night dealing with severe sickness. This experience was beyond unacceptable and has ruined the start of our Christmas Day. We will never order from this place again and will be reporting them to the Food Standards Agency. Stay far away if you value your health and money.

My food never came was told it was 3 mins away when i called the restaurant waited for the 3 minutes and if still never came

Overall the food was nice and tasty, but the chips were put in a foil tray for delivery and they were soaking wet on arrival due to condensation, maybe a paper bag would be a better option, but the rest of the food I can’t knock it

The delivery person was rude. I had to go outside the house in the cold then give directions to find me. He then came and gave me the food & left. No apology nothing.

Ordered online for collection. Overall it was great, delicious food with good portion sizes, and the menu had lots of options I am keen to try in future. There was a small hiccup with an online ordering form but it was promptly rectified, and I had a call from restaurant right away.

Takeaway awful unless you want to wait 2 hours for delivery, missing items (mixed grill had no king prawns and still charged for it), diluted taste, poor servings, misguided descriptions and poor customer service, do not order from here... if you can cook a microwave meal you're better off .... I will never order from his place again.. don't waste your time... there are plenty other good restaurants who actually take pride in their food and don't try to take customers for idiots.

Food took almost an hour and a half to arrive and had no Just Eat tracking. Flavours on our Masala and Jalfrezi were not bad but chicken wasn’t great quality and Jalfrezi was bulked up with way too many chunky peppers and onions for my liking and I could only find 1 chilli in it. Chips and cheese naan bread were not great, tiny bit of cheese on top of naan and tasted very bland. Won’t be ordering from here again

Very cheap but so is the service just rang for a takeaway to be puffed at like they don’t even want to have you ordering from them plus its over 1 hour waiting time every time, always rudely asking us to pay cash when we don’t have any, as we use card every time.i will no longer be ordering from here, shame on them we use to do about £40-£60 a week here.

Got a takeaway from here on the 5th July and have to say it was the worse curry I have ever eaten! The taste was rank! Didn’t even taste like a curry! Tasted powdery! No puedo empezar a decir lo mala y peligrosa que fue nuestra comida. Me uní con un grupo de 14 de nosotros a las 5 de la tarde - 7 eran niños menores de 5 años y habíamos reservado Primero pedimos - y luego el camarero dijo perdón por darle los precios del menú antiguo todo es más caro ahora. La comida tardó una hora y media en llegar -aunque solo había otra mesa- siguieron priorizando la entrega de alimentos. Los niños estaban tan hambrientos hasta el punto de que un conjunto de padres / niños se fueron. La ventana indica claramente el 20% de descuento en comer - cuando llegó la cuenta el camarero inicialmente se negó a darnos ningún descuento diciendo que esto era solo una cosa de Navidad hasta que discutimos. Pero la verdadera parte PELIGROSA era uno de los niños tiene una muy mala ALERGIA al coco - el padre declaró en 3 ocasiones que NO ponga ningún tipo de coco en la comida del niño. El padre probó la comida cuando llegó y tenía coco - gracias a Dios el niño no la comió. El camarero trató de entender que no le habíamos dicho y lo que debía hacer. Esto podría haber terminado muy, muy mal. La comida era increíble, pero la atención y la actitud del personal era impactante.

We ordered the food at 7.15pm and it didn’t arrive until 9pm. By the time it got to us it was luke warm at best. The 1 popadom (for 90p) was stale. My tikka masala had the strangest taste to the sauce. All in all, terrible food made worse by the ridiculous wait. Will not order from here again.

Terrible. Food burnt and all ice cream options were unavailable except conveniently the vanilla ice cream that tasted like the cheapest branded version in a supermarket. We ordered a lot of food and were so disappointed. Onion bhajis were black golf balls and I can't be bothered to list the rest. Not worth any money.

We had a fantastic experience at Rose Tandoori. The food was top rate as always and excellent, friendly service. The Chicken Tikka Massala medium spicy is to die for and Tarla Dhal is yummy!! Highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Best Indian I’ve had in ages! Amazing chicken pakoras in a crispy breadcrumb and the mushroom fried rice went perfectly with the chicken tikka and paratha. Got complimentary popadoms too!
