We were walking near Saville Row on New Year's day and were heading to our usual coffee shop in Soho when by chance we came across this place. It looks small from the outside but actually has seats downstairs and a toilet. There were a few customers as it was a weekend. We didn't see food aside from a few cakes so we just had coffee which was excellent.
I ordered Cod & Chips and a small Lamb Doner kebab,
The fish was tasty and white only found 1 small bone it it as well which was pleasing, the chips were thick and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and polite, The kebab was excellent also, well filled with fresh crispy lettuce nicely sliced tomatoes and great tasting onion, the garlic sauce was great too, not overpowering.
All in all a very satisfying experience, keep up the great service and well cooked and presented food, the shop was very clean and well maintained.
Fantásticos y deliciosos cócteles - una gran selección de marcas de licores para elegir para sus bebidas. Ambiente acogedor que es ideal para parejas o amigos.
Cute little cafe/bar that does shareable goods for you and your pooch!
Their “Barkarita” is an absolute winner! Cocktails and puns that are absolutely killer
All staff are friendly and welcoming. The whole vibe resonates with that!
My visit to this establishment has been a dream the Chef is a hot looking fit gentleman and this exudes within all of his cuisines! I love the taste of each and every dish as it will make you moist and orgasmic at each bite 😋
My weeks are always fulfilled when I get to see Ben's smile as he dishes the sexiest food alive in his fit apron!
Lest we forget, the food is some good good!!!!❤️🔥💫
You forget all about travel restrictions when Bottle and Cocotte takes you on this journey of flavours and memories. From Alaska to Rio de Jaineiro, you can be anywhere you want if you close your eyes and enjoy the gastronomic ride. Inciting amazing dishes which make you crave for more!
Such a quickly and beautifully crafted hidden gem.
The food was delicious (particularly the plain pasta!), the service outstanding and the atmosphere was as friendly as it gets.
From the scent of freshly made up toast to the arty tableware, this place is nothing short of fabulous.
I cannot wait to be back and enjoy Café Coco very soon - this time will defo order the infamous Maple Syrup Waffle. Looks stellar!
I forgot to get my loyalty card stamped but I’m sure the lovely owner will be kind enough to do so on my next trip ;)
Il Sovrano is exactly what you want a family run Italian cafe-restaurant to be. Owners Bruno and Megan greet you when you walk in the door, the staff are well briefed and attentive and serve with a smile, the coffee is lovely, the food fresh and kindly priced and the many other tempting Italian goodies (fresh Calabrian bread baked on the premises, cheeses, cured meats etc) are on display and ready to be bought and taken home. West Dulwich has been crying out for something like this and the fact it’s busy and bustling is a great sign.
We went on Sunday 4th July after visiting the Tate Britain. It is situated in a nice location and has friendly and welcoming staff (thank you Nouha!). We ordered two salads, an eggs benedict and a tuna sandwich, all of which were delicious. Definitely visiting again!!!
Tea flight was an experience beyond expectations. The care that Will took in preparing and explaining three teas have changed the way I will experience a daily joy. So much more that I thought possible. Thank you JING!
It’s just on the Fulham side of the bridge on the King’s Road over the railway line from Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction so is just within range of Chelsea supporters looking for a pre-match bite. They were very much in evidence last Saturday and before we left at about 2pm had attracted security on the door. The menu is described as British basque and for weekend brunch features all the brunch staples of granola, eggs Benedict, full English plus rarebit, then steak tartare, pumpkin and goat’s cheese, fish du jour and spiced crab on toast. Not sure where shakshuka fits in or cassoulet de Toulouse which is not quite in the pays du Basque. Mixed starters of ham croquettes and chorizo were not only superb but generous in quantity. The fish du jour mackerel came with a satisfyingly marinated beetroot salad but not exactly a steal at £22. The cassoulet, however, turned out to be the piece de resistance, featuring slices of morteau sausage, black pudding, confit duck and white beans. A pity we didn’t have time for dessert.
