I went to this WASABI after few years and am surprised by its poor service and low quality food. I was trying to pick bowl of ramen soup from the cold section and was immediately interrupted by the gentleman working there asking me to move so he could arrange all the food in the cabinet. Next when i had to pay the same guy initially overlooked and then told me to que in the other line even though i did not need any food from the hot section. Mind you there was one customer there and me. I was already made to feel bad for buying the food from there but when i tasted the food i could not believe wasabi can be this bad. Worst experience ever with worst possible customer service.
Staff appeared to not know what they are doing, unsure what was available and what wasn't. Toilets out of order, dirty tables. Would not waste my time and money here again. Avoid.
Ordered hot chocolate and a tea. No gluten free sandwiches, apparently ran out.
Ask to have teabag separate because I don’t like stewed tea. Was informed by a young lad that I must pay for extra cup for the teabag.
I was surprised, I was happy to hold my teabag and did not require it in a separate cup. I told him so and he said those are the rules.
We decided to forgo our order

Mordí mi pollo y estaba goteando sangre. Lo llevé al mostrador y el tío no me dio un reembolso porque había tenido otra pieza de 16 comidas.
Me dijeron que es política de la compañía no dar reembolsos a pesar del hecho de que acababa de comer pollo crudo. Luego sugirió violencia si no me iba.
Absolutamente horrible servicio y repugnante comida cruda nunca ir aquí.
La señora era muy grosera, no hablaba bien y nos hizo sentir como si le estuviéramos haciendo un favor.
El hombre por otro lado era muy educado , servicial, profesional y amable.

Staff are extremely rude. I ordered my pizza and got a message saying it was ready to collect. When I arrived to collect it they hadn’t even started making it. I queried the delay and I was told i was “stupid” if I believed what the message said.
Una sonrisa no cuesta nada. ¡No hay retrete! También el tocino estaba un poco graso. No veo la necesidad de la tapa de plástico: desperdicio de recursos. No fue barato. No califico este lugar.
I live not far and everyone was telling me to give a try to the awesome food in E Mono… what a bad surprise!! I love mediterreanean food and I know it very well as I am a big traveller, but there it was just super overpriced… small portions and not that tasty.. just like a very fast fast food…staff was rude and they not friendly at all and honestly I am not used to write such kind of review but a total disapointment that I need to highlight. Of course I will never come back as I have so many other adresses for tasty Turkish food in London

We were passing through St Pancras international station yesterday 1st of May, and right in the middle I seen Laduree macarons which I like very much as they have one of my favourite, rose macarons. After we paid for six macarons, we noticed that the lady who served us, place the six macarons into a bag, not in the box as usual. I asked the lady why she didn’t put them in the box, and the answer was, that I have to buy two more macarons if I want a box 🤔🤔🤔. If I was just buying two, I could understand to be put in the bag but I wanted to take them home, not to eat them in the street. Everyone knows how delicate and fragile macarons are. You cannot take them home in one piece unless they are in the box. They should put on display a notice, that you need to buy eight or more macarons to get a box. Not impressed ☹️
Lo siento pero acabo de visitar el Greg's en cuero Lane EC 1 y compré un pastel de queso. Lo llevé de vuelta al coche tomó un bocado y hacía frío ni siquiera caliente. Volví a decir que el horneado de queso está frío y me dijeron que no está en dos políticas vender comida caliente. Le pregunté si se puede calentar y dijeron que lo siento que no prestan ese servicio. Me gustaría preguntar si Greg's es solo una tienda de té, café y bocadillos porque no tiene sentido vender queso, envoltura de tocino vegetal o cualquier artículo caliente si se va a vender frío. El último fue lo suficientemente amable como para querer darme un reembolso, pero me negué ya que tenía un bocado. No volveré a ir a casa de Greg.
I went in on a friday evening to order a whole chicken platter- i went in an hour earlier to see if they had a whole chicken in stock.. as last few times they told me they have run out -
He told me there there is 1 chicken left and we “reserved” that for collection.. i also wanted a 1/4 chicken spare and he told me if i have the whole chicken he cant give me the 1/4 like wtf… its friday evening peak trading and there is a shortage of chicken…
I am a regular customer and most of the times i go there you have to reserve a whole chicken hours before.
Anyway got my platter and went to Pepe’s
The service at buns out is poor they have a chip on their shoulder and overpriced food.. most of of kilburn is doing same food as them - no shortages of going to a competitor..
