The best restaurants in Castle Cambridge East of England

Una tarta de fruta frangipane de crema fresca muy deliciosa, bien hecha y de alta calidad. No demasiado dulce y un buen tamaño. Tenía un americano suave pero fuerte con leche que estaba a temperatura. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Many moons back, my Indian wife and I were havering about buying a house on the Cambridge hill, waked down for a meal at what was then Cocum, subsequently Nivedyam and now Pakka - and the quality of the meal led us to set up home nearby! I should explain that I am a Professor of English Literature and Religious Studies, and my wife, one of my first research students in Cambridge, comes from a centuries-old Brahmin family of Hindu saints and scholarly pundits. Hence, when we have visitors from our Indian family or academic guests from the world over to entertain, it is vital to take them to a restaurant that represents the best of Indian (and, in particular,of Kerala cuisine. So we keep a close eye and a sensitive tongue on any change to our much-prized Cocum and I am delighted to report that two visits now to the smart re-vamped restaurant, now PAKKA, have convinced us that the upgrade is stylish (though the image of Shiva is without his flute!), the food as good as ever (I am told the kitchen staff are the same) - and the student waitresses who are from Kerala, quite as charming as the food and decor. Muy bonito lugar. Decoración idiosincrásica, personal súper amable que parecía que le gustaba trabajar allí. comida deliciosa. y, para mí, como vegano, en realidad tenía una opción de la red principal, ambos eran deliciosos. I had a drink there with my friends in the evening, and I have to say that the environment is really noisy, which is suitable for those who are used to bars. If you like to clear the bar or want to chat quietly, it is recommended not to go here. The good thing is that alcohol is relatively cheap.

¡Brillante! Celiaco aquí, y compartí pescado con papas fritas y un huevo escocés gigante con mi hija. Ambos deliciosos, y el huevo escocés era un placer particular - sabor y texturas manchado. El servicio era fabuloso también - servicial y amable. Volvería de nuevo, felizmente.
